CHARGED.fm is a startup company with a big heart and an even bigger mission—empowering the people with the most powerful ticketing technology known to man, that revolves around all things events. We're building products and developing resources that help connect people to events, making it easier for all to discover, share, create and sell tickets for any event… and we could use your talent.

We’re doing all of this in an open, dynamic space out here in DUMBO, Brooklyn—located on the water with an inspiring view of Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge.

Horrible customer service!!!

Do not buy from this website. I purchased tickets on 12/20 as a Christmas present and I've tried contacting on various times to reach someone to be able to dl or receive tickets and now is when I received an email saying I was being refunded bc the tickets weren't "authenticated". Ridiculous! What company even posts tickets they are not sure are authentic to begin with? What company doesn't even have a customer service support number? Because of charged.fm's unprofessionalism my boyfriend didn't receive his Christmas present and we will not be able to go to the concert bc now similar tickets are four times the price. Terrible Terrible!!
