My name is Ella and I own a Coton De Tulear called Luigi. luigi and me Luigi is my first dog and I got him in 2008. He was born in 2007 and apart from his pink nose he is a pedigree (and he is not supposed to be muddy all the time!) I have always loved dogs so Luigi is a dream come true. He loves me baking treats for him, but is quite fussy so sometimes he won’t eat them. I use the treat mainly for walks and training. I love teaching Luigi tricks and am trying to get him to do agility (he does not see the point!). My favorite breed of dog is a Bearded Collie but my Dad is allergic to dog fur. We have to get dogs that don’t shed or have hair instead of fur (Luigi has hair not fur so he has to go to the groomers every 3 months). A good place to find out about dog breeds is at the American Kennel Club or the UK Kennel Club. Luigis favorite treat is hot dogs! He is allergic to wheat so in my recipes I always use rice flour which does not make him itch. That is one of the best things about making your own dog treats – you can make sure there is nothing to set off an allergy. Another thing is that your dogs can tell how much love is in a treat so treat him to a little love once in a while. Luigi 2 Luigi’s star sign is Sagittarius. Sagittarius are fun loving, generous and extremely friendly. His birthstone is topaz. One of Luigi’s faults (and there are many!) is that he thinks he is the cutest dog in the world!
