DefPrep is a Source – After a few iterations, DefPrep has become a source for local Prepping & fitness news. Each day fans visit DEFPREP to get updates on the local community for MMA, Boxing, BJJ, Grappling, Kickboxing, Traditional Martial Arts, Fitness & Bodybuilding. We are aggressively expanding our reach during 2012 with hopes to add at least 10 coverage areas to our community.
