    My name is Jenna and I am so glad that you’re here. I started Eat, Live, Run almost five years ago when I had just started culinary school as a way to share my foodie experiences with my family and friends. Since then, this blog has grown in ways I never could have imagined thanks to you all, my readers! Here’s a little bit about me, behind the blog: first of all, I love Jesus. Even though I have made a career around writing recipes and sharing my love of food with all of you, my job does not define me, as my worth is in Christ and Christ alone. Delicious desserts aside, I am advocate for the orphan, the poor, the vulnerable and the oppressed. I have a heart for adoption and one day would love to bring home a son or a daughter through international adoption. At the beginning of 2013, Jesus wrecked me by laying James 1:27 on my heart and I have not been the same since. You’ll find delicious recipes on this site, along with stories of travel and life. I also really love to read and share my latest books with my readers! Speaking of books, my book, White Jacket Required, was published by Sterling and came out last September. It is a culinary coming-of-age tale about my time at Le Cordon Bleu with recipes. So, I invite you to sit back, relax and stay for awhile! I’m so glad you’re here.
