    Back in high school i was obsessed with fashion, style, beauty, nutrition – you name it! I was trying to learn as much as i could by reading all the glamorous magazines, blogs, websites and i would spend literally a few hours everyday doing it. My perception of myself was that i was the ugly duck that maybe one day will become the swan. After i graduated high school and i was pretty frightened by the choice i had to make in regards to my academic future and besides making the most surprising decision of all (everybody thought i was nuts, except my parents who were in awe), joining the Polytechnic and enrolling to Power Engineering. But besides this, i met this guy, with whom i talked about my frustrations at the time, that i couldn’t follow my passion: to write and tell women everywhere how gorgeous they are, and he suggested i start a blog. I was like “I cannot do that! Who am I to do that?! I have no idea how to do it, i don’t think i would be able to write so often, maybe everyone will laugh at me…”. There were so many negative voices in my head, that just paralyzed me with fear. I am grateful for my boyfriend, who at that time had no idea about blogging, SEO, marketing (we were both enrolling to the same university- how cheesy, right?!) but said “I will help you set it up and we’ll go from here”. So, in the late summer of 2010,Estilo-Tendances was born as a personal blog.
