If you’re like most of my readers, you are a mom who really cares. You are committed to your family. You want to teach your kids about God and life, you want to set them up for success, you want to love your husband well, and you want to feel confident in all of it. In short, you want to live on purpose. You strive to grow, get better, and reach all of your potential. You want to raise up a family that will leave a lasting impact on the world. But so often, it seems like there is just too much to do, and so little time to do it. Life becomes overwhelming, and all of our dreams feel impossible to achieve. I Know How You Feel I know how it feels to be in over your head – to have placed impossible standards on yourself and continue trying to juggle everything, while still taking care of the things that matter most – faith, family, health, and community. For a long time, I compared myself to the “Pinterest Standard.” I was spinning my wheels trying to be the awesome-at-everything mom, at the expense of my health and my most valuable relationships. I finally realized that it’s not about getting more and more things done, but getting the right things done.
