Very little local news....mostly ridiculous fluff like " 10 questions for " insert some unknown local person . It's like a high school paper. Also, today is the 19th and the last update was the 16th ! Deleted....

I really like this app as it gives the current stories,obits, etc in a engaging fashion. When I can't get to my paper copy it keeps me up to date. Also like the twitter feed from them. Only thing I would like to see improved is the electronic question to vote on is no where to be found or if its there it's not easily accessible.

Up to this point I have been using the Troy Record app for the iPhone. I like it but it felt very dated. This iPad version of the app is very nice and easy to read. It also gives you the ability to change the way you view everything. One way is kind of traditional looking and the other way looks kind of like the new Windows 8 start screen. I like the traditional style. This app is even more better being free. I was about ready to pay for a full year of competitors news paper app till I found this one. I think I'll hold off till I work with this app for a little while more but this app is definitely a step in a good direction if you ask me. Enjoy :-)
