Leadership Platform can be referred to as a movement with the following vision: to create a more "seamless" society by removing barriers to excellence through:

- multiplying Leaders;
- improving Attitude;
- researching and teaching universal Principles;
- and implementing strategic Projects

We further strive:

To create a highly competitive, successful and values driven leadership culture in South Africa;

To inspire leaders from business, political and civic society to overwhelmingly portray a "seamless attitude" - confronting barriers (problems, obstacles) to the economic, social and political success of a values driven South African culture, together;

To cement the Mandela leadership legacy by ensuring that we reclaim our rightful place on the world stage as a nation that portrays exemplary, "seamless" and values driven leadership;

For seamless and values driven leadership to become one of South Africa's more successful export products;

To initiate projects that confront the obstacles to a seamless and values driven leadership culture in SA as well as capitalise on our leadership strengths and legacy as a nation. Our National Values Campaign is an example of such a project.
