    We are Barb and Laurie, and we are daughters...that explains it all. We love our mothers but, as is common in many mother-daughter relationships, they can drive us crazy! After one especially difficult day, we were looking for some help online in dealing with our mother-daughter relationships but couldn't find an existing website dedicated to this topic. We were at a loss. And then....we had a light bulb moment! Why not create our own site about the mother and adult daughter relationship? So we set out to do just that. We personally really needed a place to vent frustrations, learn new strategies, and be reminded to have a sense of humor about the whole situation. In building this site, we have learned more than we could even have imagined about our relationships, and it really has made a difference for both of us (despite our varying circumstances). And now we hope that this site is helpful to you as well.
