I started this blog in February 2010 as an outlet for the incessant ramblings of the hamster. Some people sleep. I think. And THINK. It’s annoying. On the bright side (because even 2 a.m. has a bright side) I thank my lucky stars every single day because I get to make a living as a writer and connect with you, dear readers, on a regular basis. Translation: While you’re sleeping, I’m usually writing. I get asked a lot about where the name of this site comes from. To have “moxie” is to have courage. And although it’s taken me a long time to get here (with a lot of detours and #LifeFails along the way), I’m finally doing what I love every day – writing. Translation: Persistence takes courage.
