    Welcome! I’m Erika and I’m the mom behind Musings From a Stay At Home Mom. I started this blog in 2007 as a way to journal family stories and photos and it’s become so much more. My husband, Nate, & I have been married for 10 years and we’re blessed with four children – 3 boys and 1 girl. Nathan is 11, Emily is 7, Joshua is 4, and Luke is 3. We live in the beautiful state of New Hampshire. EBragdon_20120831_00050 Jesus and my family are the most important things in my life. I know it’s cliche, but it’s true. My goal here at Musings is to encourage you and let you know you’re not alone. I’m a mom, just like you. I do love my family dearly and yet I still struggle with finding balance in the middle of the daily craziness. But even though it’s not all sunshine and roses, The Mom Life can be pretty great. I’m a writer. While some people express themselves through artwork, I find myself while I write. I also do that with photography. I’m still a relative beginner, but I’m learning fast. I find it pure joy to capture precious memories with my family. I also enjoy cooking and baking – hence my growing tried-and-true recipe section. Here at Musings, you’ll find reviews, giveaways, blogging tips, activities with the kids, and stories from The Mom Life. I want you to know you’re not alone as you journey through motherhood. There’s no such thing as a perfect life and I’m all about tearing down those walls and bringing Real Mom Perspective to the table.
