    About Us Welcome and thank you for supporting PlacesAndFoods.com. PlacesAndFoods.com is a travel and food blog. We (Wilson Ng & Rachel Ting) enjoy sharing our passion as we travel locally and also internationally. We enjoy exploring new places and also seeing new things as we travel. Personally, I had been sponsored to Thailand by Tourism Authority of Thailand for food and travel reviews since September 2009 and also to Argentina for a 4×4 Expedition for 4 weeks. I’m also recently selected as one of 12 finalists of Thailand Medical Blog Contest and also invited for a 9 days tour to Victoria courtesy of Tourism Victoria and Tourism Australia. We also work hand with hand with Tourism Boards such as Tourism Authority of Thailand, Tourism Philippines, Tourism Victoria, Tourism Tasmania, Tourism Australia, Tourism Malaysia, Tourism Malaysia Perlis and Singapore Tourism Board to promote their destinations as well as their hotels and resorts. We also work closely with travel agents, travel magazines, telcos and hotel chains for promotions. We also offer services such as hotel, resort and spa reviews. We had many food reviews invitation in the past. However, due to our work and our personal commitments, we decided to slow down on our food reviews. We also work closely with Asian Food Channel to promote their events in Malaysia. Up to date, we have done more than 200+ food reviews in both locally and internationally. PlacesAndFoods.com won the World Blogger and Social Media Awards 2012 for the BEST TRAVEL BLOG. PlacesAndFoods.com also won Malaysia International Tourism Duty Free Shopping Blog for Malaysia International Tourism Bloggers Conference and Awards 2012. Our stats and followers on our blog: We have a monthly page view of 90,000 and above. 65% of our readers are from Malaysia.
