About the Ropetec News design & development team: RAM Design and Technology RAM is an acronoyn for Rope Access Management, wehave developed a Rope Access Training Centre CRM (Customer retention manager) tool, that allows training companies to manage candidates, the system creates courses, book trainees, stores vital information, runs live comments about bookings, and allows for a one stop look at the centres current workflow via a handy dashboard interface. The aim of the system is to manage candidates and retain them ongoing. The system is web based. The tool is currently in use with Applus RTD and TalonNDT.
