    About Dee "Seduction in the Kitchen" started because I realized everyone has a love affair with food. How many times have we cheated with it or over-indulged in it? How about when it betrays you and adds on a few extra pounds? Food can be just like a relationship and seduces you in all these areas. It gives comfort when needed, joins in on celebrations of the heart, and at times, food even gives your mouth pure joy. That was the thought behind "Seduction in The Kitchen". . I was always fascinated with Julia Child, and watching her on TV. Cooking, for me started off as a stress relief from my work as a phlebotomist. I would whip up some baked goods, like Julia, and then give it away to friends, a neighbor, or even to the local cancer center for patients and families to enjoy. For me giving away my creations was a way for me to thank and maybe brighten up someone's day. When I would give to the cancer center, having known many people who struggled with the cancer battle, I am always willing to do what I can in helping conquer that fight. I never expected thanks because for me the joy in cooking and baking was watching others take delight in my creations.
