Welcome! I’m Beth, the SHE blogger. To know where you are going, you have to know where you’ve been. After working in public relations and marketing for seven years, I decided it was time for a change — the kind that involves the pitter patter of little feet. Not ready to give up my creative spirit, my first blog was born - the New York City Housewife-in-Training (NYC H.I.T.). One suburban move later and I unintentionally became the S.H.I.T. (or, more commonly known as the Suburban H.I.T.). My two kids kept me quite busy, though, and while my audience remained loyal, my posts certainly were not active. The Suburban Housewife Editor is about recapturing the spirit and passion that first made me fall in love with the world of blogging. To know who you will become, you have to know who you are. I’m a light-hearted person who is oftentimes sarcastic, silly and sensible all at once. Or, you can just call me crazy. I overly abuse the words awesome, perfect and love. #sorrynotsorry Likes: acronyms, fashion, food, beauty, style, grace, fitness, getting crafty with it, and basically anything else you can think of. Dislikes: There really isn’t much I dislike, except maybe black licorice and spiders.
