Keinen Zugang trotz laufendem Abo
Einmal monatlich heisst es „Sie haben keinen Zugriff auf diese Edition. Sie können den Zugang nachfolgend kaufen“! Sehr ärgerlich. Nach 3-4 Tagen löst sich der Spuk und das Abo läuft wieder problemlos.

Automatisches Laden fehlt mir
Ich fand es praktischer, nur eine Tagi-App auf dem iPad zu haben anstatt einer extra App für das e-Paper. Weiter fand ich die Funktion "Automatisches Laden des e-Papers bei Internetverbindung" sehr praktisch. Heute muss ich das e-Paper immer manuell runterladen und warten. Gibt es Bestrebungen, das Automatische Laden wieder einzuführen?

so viele Benutzer haben sich schon gewünscht dass die Schriftgrösse grösser als ´sehr gross‘ gemacht werden kann. Wann wird dies realisiert?

Titelseiten Karikatur Vollbild anzeigen
Wir lesen den Tagi nur mehr online am iPad. Die App ist eigentlich ganz gut. Folgende Verbesserungen würden wir uns wünschen:
1. Titelkarikatur kann nicht in Vollbild angezeigt werden?!
2. Bilder werden zwar vergrössert, aber nicht auf Vollbild.
3. Sehr oft werden Wörter durch Leerschläge unterbrochen. Dies unterbricht den Lesefluss
4. Hinweise auf Kommentar und Bericht sollten Links zum Anklicken sein (Kommentar Seite 2, Bericht Seite 9)
5. Artikelintro (in der Seitenansicht „fett“) ist im Detail nicht fett oder abgesetzt.

Probeabo wird nicht gekündigt
Die App an sich ist nicht schlecht. Doch nach Ablauf des Testabo habe ich mit Bedauern feststellen müssen, dass er doch nicht gekündigt wurde, obwohl ich inzwischen mehrere Abbbestell-E-Mails geschickt habe, alle ohne Antwort, die erste vor mehr als einem Monat. Sehr unseriös.
Rückfrage: Wann meinen Sie, dass ich eine Antwort bekomme?
