Note: There are 47 icons in the pack. I cannot show all of them in one screenshot.

How to:

1. Download Chronus: Home & Lock Widget from the Play Store. If you use cLock, skip this step.
2. Download this icon pack. The icon pack cannot be launched directly, you need to change the icon from Chronus or cLock.
3. Add a Chronus or cLock widget to your home screen.
4. Choose Weather panel in the widget configuration screen.
5. Choose Icon Set -> Flat Colors.
6. Enjoy.
