Contents of The Gold Standard are not necessarily official views of, or endorsed by, the U.S. Government, Department of Defense, Department of the Army, and Fort Knox. It is published each Thursday by the Fort Knox Public Affairs Office under guidelines found in AR 360-1. Everything advertised in this publication shall be made available for purchase, use, or patronage without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, physical handicap, political affiliation, or any other non-merit factor of the purchaser, user, or patron. If a violation or rejection of this equal opportunity policy by an advertiser is confirmed, the printer shall refuse to print advertising from that source until the violation is corrected. The editorial content of this publication is prepared, edited, provided by, and is the responsibility of the Fort Knox Public Affairs office.
