Experience opera and ballet at the Royal Swedish Opera in a new and exciting way as we present the 2014/2015 season! Pages for many of the works come with video and music so you can feel like you are actually at the performance, and you can also tap straight into the Royal Opera’s website for tickets. Towards the end you will find a performance calendar that also has information about concerts, guest appearances, pre-performance discussions, family events and other activities throughout the year.
The app begins with a slideshow called Opera Papier. Designer Bea Szenfeld dressed artists from the Royal Opera in various paper creations, and based on the artists themselves Bea mixed new costumes with existing designs. The ten photographs were shot by Karolina Henke.
The app is planned to be published four times a year.
