I love life with all its nuances, colorful perfection and imperfection and diversity - but here at Valdemarsro.dk we'll all just a break from the laundry, chores, zeros men and stuff - here is the focus on all the wonderful things in life!
My blog is written with the pink glasses on and this is where I collect the small moments of everyday happiness and share them with you. Uhm, it is the smell of fresh coffee and maybe a little respite from everyday life, while I share my recipes for delicious food, new destinations or good reading experiences.

My name is Ann-Christine and behind Valdemarsro.dk, which I started in spring 2007.
Since 2012, I have lived by Valdemarsro.dk as my full-time job and the blog alone has over 400,000 unique readers a month year round + a lot of nice people additionally included on instagram, facebook, pinterest, snap chat and my weekly newsletter.
I love to cook and to find new recipes and passion fills part of my blog. My food philosophy is simple and chosen based on what provides the best taste and experience - good and almost always organic ingredients and always with room for good homemade bread, chocolate and enjoyment of life.
