Hi! I started blogging to journal my first 200 hour Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Certification through Power Yoga Work in Philadelphia, PA. Yoga Peach became a place for me to share yoga stories, recipes, food & yoga product reviews, giveaways, yoga events, photos that followers share, celebrities who influence yoga, and a place for me to share my own experiences and express myself. And peaches? Mmmm…peaches. Sweet, refreshing, healthy, juicy, pretty, delicious, fuzzy, fresh, fruity, and I love the color. My yoga experience began with a Vinyasa practice for two years. A friend in Canada later introduced me to hot power vinyasa yoga. I am grateful for this having found yoga as it continues to improve and change my life, body and mind. I appreciate most forms of yoga, realizing the numerous benefits from practicing multiple styles of yoga. I teach Power Yoga, Vinyasa, and Prenatal Yoga, along with private group classes designed and university classes. I am a Birth Doula (DONA) and am passionate about birth and working with women and couples as they bring new life into the world. I hope that Yoga Peach offers something to those who practice on the mat, off the mat, anyone interested in living a healthy lifestyle, and those who want to make the best out of what life offers. My intention by sharing my journey is for someone out there takes something away from it, no matter how small or big. Dedication, determination, and mindfulness through yoga has influenced my life and made profound changes to my mind, body and spirit and everything that surrounds me.
