A remix contest is a competition where entrants can download the individual parts of a track and by placing them together in a creative way they create a remix. Usually a judge such as the producer of the original piece of music will choose which remix they like the best and they become the winner. We list these contests here so they are easy to find. Here's how our site works: We find the remix contests on the internet or you submit it to us. If we think that our visitors will be interested in the contest, we list it and include the important information. You can then sort through all of our listings quickly and easily to see the latest contests available without need to search for hours or only accidentally come across them. You can also sort all our contest listings in various ways such as closing soonest, by genre, prize and more. You can comment on each contest to let others know about anything good or bad about the contest, show off links to your entries or just to discuss with other entrants. Our website updates automagically so that it only shows you contests which are open. Once a contest ends it gets moved to the just ended section so all old contests can be found using the search function at the top.
