Not easy to use

And not working with iOS 9. Why I have to key in address and name in the mobile app while not have to do it on the online portal. Make it the same.

This app helps out my business incredibly! It is clear, concise and easy to operate. Everything is laid out so I know exactly what I'm doing at all times. Great app!

This merchant is not happy!

This company lied about it's fee structure! I'm very unsatisfied, and warn all merchants from their deceptive practice of business. I spent a lot of time researching a credit card merchant service that didn't charge a lot of fees, and after paying for the reader (over $60), to a surprising minimum fee ($25), to now being charged a "Compliance SVC PKG" by auto deduction from my bank account....I'm ticked! They refuse to credit it back or pro-rate it for the year (we only had service for 5 months) as it's considered a flat rate charge for an open account (??). --No less their customer service has been very rude from bottom to top. Merchant BEWARE. I will never do business with this company again.

Needs improvement

The app does not remember the previously entered email addresses. Many times the second transaction does not go through when using CC reader and the app needs to be restarted.
