No Cash Back

I’m very disappointed with this app. Four times I’ve purchases & didn’t get any cash back. Customer service did not even try to assist me, I’m very disappointed

Hate the ‘Rate App’ pop up box

If you want my positive review then remove the rate ‘Rate App’ pop up box. The ’Rate App’ pop up is extremely annoying and bad UX. I will always rate any app that does this with one star.

Nothing is working

Can’t access anything from the mobile app. Every tab states “ sorry, something went wrong.” My app and my phone are all up to date. I restarted the phone. Deleted and re-installed the app- nothing works. I have been using ebates for years and years-long before it was Rakuten- never had an issue before. This is a total let down.

Missing money

I have a bunch of hotel stays that I booked through Rakuten that I have not been paid for over the last 2 months. They were fairly good until recently but they have no or little customer service. Tried getting in touch with them but have no answers.
