BUYER BEWARE!!!

You are not buying electronic versions of magazines. You are only buying access to magazines for one year. After the year is up, you have nothing to show for your money—no access to the magazines you bought. I hadn't gotten around to reading my December issue because of the holidays, etc. My subscription expired, and now I'll never get to read it! This is a terrible business model. With Sports Illustrated, if a subscription lapses, I can still sign on and access the issues I bought. Not so with EH. Nowhere is this explained when you sign up for a subscription. What a ripoff!

Rip off artists

This company is a rip off, After they changed there format I've lost all my back issues and when I call the company they sent 1 reply email back stating that they are working on the problem but for now I cannot read any of my issues. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!

Ripped off

Twice I've been ripped off by EH when they have changed their format and denied credit for issues remaining on my subscriptions then requiring a new subscription for new issues. In addition access to previous issues are lost. Never again!

Lost issues again

So this is the second time I have downloaded all my paid issues only to have them all disappear with another useless app upgrade. Once again I am overseas with slow wifi and can't download or read the issues I have paid for. You would think someone smart could figure this out before they push out an update that removes downloaded issues. Time to cancel my subscription...

This update has ruined my experience

I was looking forward to the next release of the zine and now can't even access the new versions or previous versions of the zine. The subscription doesn't work and EH Network doesn't recognise my account at all. And what irks me more is I paid full year subscription in which I had 6 months remaining in the subscription. I guess this is what happens when you focus on new customers rather than retain existing customers. :-(
