Won't open
I used to love this app but suddenly it's stopped working. It crashed then wouldn't open again. I've tried reinstalling, I even "turned it off and turned it on again"!
Fix the bugs please, this used to be so useful!

Won't open
I've never had an issue with this app up until last weekend. The app now seems to open but then shuts down 2 seconds later. I have tried everything to rectify this. IT then instructed me to do it all again but to no avail. They haven't got any other answers for me unfortunately. I'm disappointed, I now have to use the actual web site and I fear I'm loosing shifts because I'm not getting notifications. FYI I have an iPhone five and have no other problems.
