Connection failed

I normally don't leave any comments on apps but this time I have to! It worked so fine before the new iOS but now it keeps saying that "not connect with wifi" I had no problems at all before but all in a sudden my Re just not be able to connect to the apps... please fix! I even uninstalled it and afraid now that I lose all the pics in it! It's been a whole month (left the same comment a month earlier) and it's still not connecting to phone wifi!!! Please fix!! I still have tons of pic in there and couldn't download it!!! 😵☹️😤

Does not sync

Looks like Htc is behind updating the app. Does not work anymore. Can't sync to my device.

Abandoned by HTC...Like the RE Cam itself

The app's ability to sync photos to Google drive stopped working because the authentication method expired and no one at HTC updated the app. It's not surprising, since there have been no firmware or security patches for the RE in years. It's sad because the RE is a decent little camera....But HTC isn't as serious about ongoing support as, say, GoPro, so that's a hidden cost of the product.

PLEASE UPDATE!!!!

I can't connect and it keep on say no wifi connection and the wifi doesn't appare. Don't buy this product until they resolve this issue.

Ridiculous lag time to update to new iOS

HTC continues to be unresponsive. This app should be removed from the app store. It does not work at ll with ios 10.3 Every time I get an iOS update, the app stops working. Htc have this as lowest priority. HTC replied that Apple have to fix the HTC app. Sure Apple needs to just remove it from the App Store, since it doesn't work with 10.3 and HTC seem unwilling to do an update.
