Terrible customer service and limited functionality

We used LivePerson for over a year with little success. Account management via their online portals is dysfunctional at best. The mobile app has limited function when compared with competitors such as Zoho SalesIQ. We were shocked when we switched chat providers and our chat engagement increased by 930% after LivePerson was removed from our website! My advice - keep shopping. There are far better providers out there. If you do try LivePerson and decide to cancel, be prepared for strong arm sales tactics to try to keep you on the platform.

Not able to use app

Unfortunately I am not able to use the app. After logging in, I am asked to upload our brand logo and background photo... Both these actions fail.. "Sorry try again later". This has been happening for over a week. Has anyone been able to use this app lately? I wonder if anyone experiencing the same issue. I have tried in multiple devices, latest iOS. No luck. Bummer.

Cannot login. "Login failed".

I downloaded the app so I could login to my LivePerson account and respond to potential customers via my phone when I'm away from my computer, but I cannot login. After entering my account number, email address and password numerous times I just get this message with no further details. "Login failed. There was a problem logging in. Please try again." My number, email and password all work on their website.
