Canceled but no credit given

Became outrageously expensive, canceled by phone but no credit given. Next move to dispute charges with cc company. Used it for years, but try to cancel and you become their enemy

Way too expensive for the relatively small user.

I used this app for several years to control a computer I had in my vacation home to access my security system. The yearly cost of $300-350 per year costs more than my security system. The company obviously does not want small users. I found another solution that costs zero and have quit using Logmein. One big drawback that really hacked me off was the policy of making you pay the full annual fee upfront and no prorated refund when you want to cancel the service early. Great program but awful businessmen. Small user ... buyer beware!!
