Nope. Tutorials are still broken.

I like most of the products, but the app is going to be uninstalled. Again. 2nd review, 1 year later: Tutorial is still failing. Now the voice recognition doesn't acknowledge any commands after allowing access to my microphone. 1st review:1st few steps worked great. Video stopped playing automatically at step 7. Voice recognition to go forward stopped working at step 8.

App is fabulous but recommended color isnt always the right

The color recommendation it's not always right especially for those who have blonde highlights and have a darker natural color like medium brown. The app is awesome though. I recommend if u need two tubes of color get two tubes of prime for perfection and definitely get the tame to keep your color from fading and using the gloss. There are so many colors of loss and color to choose from but always consult with The color expert's because my recommended Collaro would've turned my hair orange. I read the reviews and saw how many people had that same result. I'm trying to keep my blonde a little but I have medium brown roots. We will see how it comes out I'm using light brown veneto.

Voice control does not work

The app has access to my microphone, but voice control is defective. Defeats the whole purpose. Not only that, but several of the videos, including the one with the automatic timer, would not play.
