Stuck
When I'm in the App Store the only option is to press open. This takes me to the old 3 now which then tells me to update. It then takes me straight back to the beginning. Super frustrating!

Your update doesn't work!! Very frustrating!!! It's in a constant loop telling me I need to update then get directed to the App Store. There is no update available so select Open and get directed back to the same update required message on the app. I'm on IOS10 so I'm on the correct version.

Can't download the update
End up in a cycle of the app telling me I need to update and taking me to the App Store, that then takes me back to the app telling me I need to update. Please fix so that I can use on demand again!

One problem with new update
I love watching my favourite shows on ThreeNow and I love the new look you've given it with the new update but with this new update I can't watch anything, please fix this soon
