Love Moda - hate this app. You’ll scroll through and see the same items again that you just saw a second ago so it seems buggy and weird and annoying!

Major Shopping Bag Glitch
I’ve been a huge fan of M’O since the very beginning. I even won sweepstakes a decade ago. Lately the app has had major glitches to the shopping bag. I have 13 items in there currently and when I go to checkout or review the items it attempts yo load but continually says “No items in Bag” and prompts me to shop but the number of items in my cart shows up in the cart icon. I can move things from my “save for later” list but they refuse to show up in my cart on the app. Please fix this ASAP. Yes I have deleted and reinstalled it too.

App is having major problems
I’m a longtime Moda customer but over the past week, the app has totally malfunctioned. Whenever I try to go to the trunk show page, I’m directed to an error screen. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that only led to even more error pages. And my phone is up to date with Apple’s most recent software.

Great Luxury Options but Intn’l Shipping is Ridiculous
Love the assortment MO offer and often times have great competitive prices especially on sale items. Have never used Pre-Order function but sounds like a great idea. International shipping @ $75 stops me from purchasing almost every single time, not competitive with any other luxury sites. Also, customer service will not honor price changes that occur while your item is in transit to you. App is glitchy, freezes and doesn’t load properly.
