Needs improvements

Should offer a little more wiggle room on the app as you do on the website. Here it is May 5th and I can only scroll back to April 3rd, whereas I used to be able to go back at least a few months or so. AND, What happened to checking the balance without going into the whole app in its entirety? I would have given 5 stars, but some things as listed above are disappearing from my app. I'm not very happy about it.

Very disappointed in this updated version. The ability to deposit checks via mobile app has disappeared!

Works for me.

iPhone 4 user, and works just fine. Simple and easy to use. There are no bells and whistles here. Just tells you a summary of deposits, fees, credits and so on. Figuring out my user ID was a pain but now that it's all done I'm glad I can see my account balance in just a few touches.

Compatibility issues

I am unable to download this app because I do not have the luxury of owning a smart phone. Please allow iPods to comply with the app. Please and thanks, - an irritated Monroe Bank & Trust customer.

Useful, but needs work

Overall, the app generally performs well. However when it is time to change your password, you cant log in until you change the password from a browser first. The app doesn't tell you that you nee a password change. It will just keep telling you that your password is invalid until you lock yourself out of the app and have to reinstall it. The other issue is that the service is simply unavailable sometimes and it tells you to call a 1800 number. The app is usually reliable and it is extremely helpful. I would love to see it perfected.
