Glitchy
This app is very frustrating. For some reason, I can't see the balance on my joint accounts. I constantly am told I can't access my accounts "at this time" even though I can see in the background that it had loaded. I also used to be able to sign in without using my password but my fingerprint, but without warning or update it stopped letting me do that. Very frustrating.

App. Is unreliable can never sign in to check accounts. Always get a message stating they are currently having issues.

Needs work
Check deposit requires "registration". App crashes and sometimes doesn't even open. Some accounts missing from account summary page. Needs work.

Can't manage or see loans
I can't see or manage my credit card or auto loan from the app. My other credit union app allows me too. This is a problem for me since I do all my monthly billings from my phone. Can't even make my payment from the app. Useless.

After banking with BOA and using their OLB and mobile app, I added some accts here. Wow, just dreadful. Archaic.
