Can’t pay with gift cards
This is ridiculous. I got my girlfriend a gift card for her birthday, but you apparently can’t use a gift card on the app. This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Now the gift card is pretty much useless because she doesn’t have enough time to wait in line before work, hence why she uses the app. You guys really need to learn from the Starbucks app. This is Silicon Valley I’m sure you can pay some tech guy the make your app way better than it actually is.

Mobile app isn’t working?
Please fix the app. I had issues logging into my account. However I was able to login onto my account with little issues while on my desktop, but for some reason the mobile didn’t recognize my account even with the same password I used for the website?

Renders gift cards useless
I don’t have time to make it into the shop to order, so I usually order a mobile pick up. However all of the gift cards I have are useless because you can’t use one on the app. You’ve been working on this for how long now? Fix it at already.

Critical app function missing!!!
Coffee is great, but the app is lacking a critical functionality!!!
Apparently you can’t delete items from an existing order, or start a new order.
Also I just opened my Philz app for the first time in a month and it pre loaded 6 items from my previously ordered sections. Now I have a $27 order sitting in my cart that I can’t delete.
I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it keeps auto loading the same 6 items into the cart.
Please fix this!! It’s really annoying, especially if I can’t really order in store at the moment.
