Keeps crashing every 5 seconds...

I am sure your intention was to help your customers but this App keeps crashing after 5 seconds of logging in. I am neither able to make my monthly payments nor book meeting rooms!

Slow slow and cumbersome!

Cant believe in 2017 that there is an app like this. No hotels would get booked or flights made if travel service apps were as bad as this. And the number of steps needed to book and confirm a room? Dont even ask.

Works great

Use it all the time, handy features and seems to work quickly. Only suggestion is to make the office hours a little more prominent since trying to book a time outside of hours will simply state no availability, but it's usually because of an overlap on that buildings hours.

Excellent Option

Absolutely the best option for me and my business as I need to be able to go to different locations throughout the week. The office setups are very professional and modern. My clients feel great meeting me here and I like how they are greeted by the staff. The best option going, bar none!

Too many steps to book "the usual"

App works, but does not have enough usability testing. Takes 5-10 minutes to book an office in the same place I go to every Friday. Have to click through all the options every week like I'm a new customer, if one is selected wrong (training room instead of day office), no rooms appear, or too many clicks to select, save, confirm. Would like a favorites option or recent booking to copy. Result is the booking does not always go thru and you show up at an lobby to get your office and they are surprised you are there.
