Worst service
This app doesn’t work for about 3 month. Even in time when it’s work it’s impossible to pay. Or manage autopay methods. Every time lots of errors, same problem with they web site.

Horrible
My grandmothers phone was with sprint and she switched to spectrum but sprint wouldn’t unlock it for us so she had to buy a new phone but they could’ve made it easier and just unlock it, I would not recommend they won’t help you!

Incorrect information in app
I have Magenta Max and even verified it with a support agent but this app keeps saying I have “Magenta 1.0” in both the home tab and account tab. I’m not sure what “Magenta 1.0” but it’s not what I’m paying for.
