Sorry TalkTalk - this is badly designed

This app is badly designed with no thought about UI / UX. Menu options are not actually working. Some pages display part of the secure URL and a 404 error. Slow response time to logon. This should never have been put into production. Any beta tester would have found these issues in less than 2 minutes. Sorry to be so negative. But it does not even live up to your brand standards!

Talk Talk customer service recommended the Vodaphone app!!!

Spent hours trying to get this to work. Couldn’t login with login details that worked fine on the desktop. In the end Talk Talk customer service recommended the Vodaphone app!!!!!!!
