Topica Edtech Group is a leading online education provider in Southeast Asia, with offices in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam. Our mission is to bring high quality online education to millions. We have a number of successful products including ïTopica Uni,Í which offers online degrees from top-tier universities in the Philippines and Vietnam; and ïTopica Native,Í our online English speech tutoring program which employs 1,800 part-time teachers across four continents. WeÍve also just launched Edumall, a marketplace for courses that range from professional to personal development. Topica also runs the Vietnam and Thailand chapters of the Silicon Valley early-stage startup accelerator, Founder Institute, which has presence in 60 cities globally. Graduates of our Vietnam program have raised over $8 million USD over three years, the most notable alum being Appota who reached the Series B level of venture financing in 2014. Launched in 2008, weÍve grown to be a force in AsiaÍs edtech arena and employ more than 1,000 full-time staff across five markets. But we still operate very much like a startup: Lean, experimental and entrepreneurial. Accelerate Framework
This document describes the Accelerate framework, which contains C APIs for vector and matrix math, digital signal processing, large number handling, and image processing.
Accounts Framework
The Accounts framework provides access to user accounts stored in the Accounts database. An account stores the login credentials of a particular service, such as Twitter, that can be used as authentication for the service. By implementing the Accounts framework into your app, you do not need to be responsible for storing account logins yourself. Instead, the user can grant access for your app to use their account login credentials, bypassing the need to type their username and password. If no account for a particular service exists in the user’s Accounts database, you can let them create and save an account from within your app.
Address Book
The Address Book framework provides access to a centralized contacts database, called the Address Book database, that stores a user’s contacts. Applications such as Mail and Messages use this database to present information about known and unknown persons.

Assets Library Framework
In iOS and OS X, the Photos framework (formerly known as Assets Library framework) provides classes that support building photo editing extensions for the Photos app. In iOS, the Photos framework also provides direct access to the photo and video assets managed by the Photos app, including the iCloud Photo Library.
