It should be no stars!

What an absolute piece of junk! The old App "Go Brisbane" was first class but this replacement is the stuff of nightmares! Whoever designed it should be drawn and quartered ........... It is the most user unfriendly App I have come across. There are so many criticisms I could make but take my advice and that of all the other reviewers and don't touch it with a barge pole! I'm going to ask Apple for a refund of my $1.48 just out of spite, I wonder if TransLink read these reviews? I doubt it and guess they'll just ignore the one star ratings!

Nothing wrong with the old app. I could save journeys, select first or last journey of the day. And it tells me I've made a error when I know I've entered the correct details. It's a long process selecting a time...... Over paid IT people, please sort it out. Not user friendly.

Rubbish

Frustrating and unintuitive interface that can not be customised, inaccurate real-time information that you'd be mad to rely on, and a majority of pages that are pulled from the website, but not scaled as well, so you might as well use safari.

They fixed it, you can actually use it properly now and is much quicker for regular trips, a lot smoother.

Tracking

As a vision impaired person I was hoping to use the 'track' function to alert me to an upcoming bus stop. It refuses to work. Also on iPad trying to search for a service at a set time does not work. You can select a different time but no way of updating it. This works fine on iPhone.

Accounts Framework
The Accounts framework provides access to user accounts stored in the Accounts database. An account stores the login credentials of a particular service, such as Twitter, that can be used as authentication for the service. Instead, the user can grant access for your app to use their account login credentials, bypassing the need to type their username and password. Address Book

The Ad Support framework provides apps with access to an identifier that can be used only for serving advertisements, as well as a flag which indicates whether a user has limited ad tracking. Accessing the advertising identifier requires apps to read and honor the opt-out flag.
