This application includes information on sale prices and rentals of private residential properties in Singapore (including prices of units sold by developers).

Extremely Out-dated Info!
Very poor maintainance of this app. Only had transaction data until Jul 2013 for a popular property that I was researching into. Come on URA, you can do better than this!!

Lousy
If all these big stats board investing peanuts in such small projects like an app, and still it doesn't work. It goes to show their attitudes in work. Small things can't even get it done right, how we expect big issues to get them right? Just like they are spending hell lots of public money with their so called policies and non of it really works.

CoreText
Core Text provides a low-level programming interface for laying out text and handling fonts. Launch Services
