One App, one rewards programme and many great and especially delicious benefits. Collect status points and reward points during every VAPIANO visit.
You receive one reward point for every main course on your VAPIANO chip card. So you even benefit from paying for friends, family or business partners. The reward points can be redeemed for our merchandise items.
You can get one status point for each visit, if you spend at least €5. Make sure to rack up the status points, because the more points you have, the more delicious your visit will be:
As a new member, you start with the RED status. You only need 20 visits with a minimum spend of €5 to reach the OLIVE status. And with 40 visits you will reach the BLACK status. Your benefits with the individual statuses:
RED A bottle of Prosecco / wine / ice tea for your birthday (if you are under the age of 18, only VAPIANO Ice Tea)
OLIVE A bottle of Prosecco / wine / ice tea for your birthday (if your are under the age of 18, only VAPIANO Ice Tea), and you receive a free hot beverage of your choice when you enjoy a main course during your visit.
BLACK A bottle of Prosecco / wine / ice tea for your birthday (if you are under the age of 18, only VAPIANO Ice Tea), and you receive a free hot beverage of your choice, a free dolci or a free Insalata Mini when you enjoy a main course during your visit.
You keep the status for one year upon receiving it. You can keep this status for longer by collecting additional points, or you are downgraded after the 12 months are up.
You can always access an overview of your status points and reward points in the APP. Just like your virtual membership card. In addition to this, the App allows you to have a look at the menu, find the nearest VAPIANO via the store finder and create your own personal list of favourite dishes.
