Vivint is trash
Terrible customer service. Intermittent issues since day 1. Would 100% not recommend. The only reason I still have it is because I’m still paying off my twrribme equipment

Horrible don’t buy Vivint security system!
System is bad! Can’t even see when someone is at the door or recording from other cameras when people or delivery’s are at my house … been like this since day on! Waisted money on this so called security system!!!!
Will be tossing this to the trash soon and go with another system that works real time! B
