Excellent!

I've been using this app since it first came out. It is fantastic! I've been a Westerra member for ages but live out of state now. I don't need anything but this app to manage my finances. A++

Westerra is a joke!

Have only been using this bank/ app for a couple months but be ready to have to call Westerra every time you want to check your accounts due to both the app and website never remembering your passwords! On average I have to call in twice a week to change my password.. I would suggest never going to this bank because it is a joke! And yes I do write down my new password every time to ensure I am typing it in correctly, so this is not a case of user error..

Doesn't take mobile deposit.

Everything works fine but lately the issue with this app is it doesn't take mobile deposit of paychecks. First time, the error message is " Could not find the endorsement on the back" and takes back one step where we take the picture of the back one more time. This time when you proceed after confirmation the 2nd error message reads " unexpected error occurred........" and repeats every time you retry and confirm deposit. Tried with different phones- in my case with iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6S. No luck. Looks like Westerra has to have its developer fix the glitch and bug.

I like it but..

I like the app but what I don't like is that every time i try to deposit a check it says endorsement not found.

Still behind the times

Feels old, looks old. No Touch ID sign in... requires a whole lot of extra tapping to do simple things that this very app once did much quicker. They must've lost the original (better) developer, and appear to be scrapping this app together from a mess. Sad :(

Unfortunate updates

Recent updates have made the app look worse, AND function worse. It now takes twice as many taps and scrolling to deposit a check, and the map of locations used to have icons that communicated the services that a particular location/ATM offered (deposits, for example); but now the differentiated icons are gone along with the data about which services are offered. I have no idea what ATM I can visit that accepts deposits now (I'm traveling frequently). Come on Westerra, what kind of upgrade was *that*? Please fix!
