HOW TO RIDE

1. Join - Download and install the Zagster mobile app. Create an account to find your local Zagster bike share and choose a pass.
2. Find - use the Map to find a nearby station with Zagster bikes
3. *NEW* Borrow - Select a bike from the Zagster app to checkout and unlock a bike via bluetooth
4. Ride - Have fun and stay safe! Use the Zagster app to lock up your bike along the way for short stops.
5. Return - When you’re done, return and lock the bike to any Zagster station and end your trip in the Zagster app.

Needs lots of improvements

We had seen some adult trikes to rent one day and made plans to try them another morning. When we went there were indeed three trikes available. But all three were unavailable due to maintenance. Obviously no one is taking care of these of all three were unavailable at the same time. It would also be nice to know what (if any) bikes are available before you make a trip over to find one.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I'm very dissatisfied with this company. They are charging me $500 dollars for a bike that I used and returned to the station and locked. If their locks don't work properly it's not my fault or my obligation to pay $500 dollars for a bike I returned. They scam you when you agree to the rider contract. Avoid this!

Fail

I spent 20 minutes trying to update my credit card on the app and it didn't work. I tried different cards, restarted the app, and signed out. Nothing worked. I could have walked to the place I wanted to ride to in the time I wasted trying to get a bike.

Stupid system

Can't rent multiple bikes from one phone. Requires multiple people download the app and create accounts to rent multiple bikes. A pain to try and rent for yourself and older people with little tech knowledge.

Location ???

I have an account and I moved to a newer place where they have zagster and I can't change my location .... it won't even pop up on the map. Other than that I love it.

Horrible service

Do not use this bike share. The system is highly flawed and the app won't help. Broken bikes, huge late fees!
