HELP
Cette app a le mérite d’exister mais son utilisation n’est pas simple.
J’ai simplement connecté le boîtier pour avoir la possibilité de savoir la position du bateau à chaque instant.
Je constate que le rafraîchissement des données ne fonctionne pas et que les alarmes batteries et déplacements ne fonctionnent pas non plus. Par exemple, ce jour, le dernier rafraîchissement a plus de 20h et impossible de forcer une mise à jour ?
La notice fournie avec le boîtier est très incomplète et en essayant de façon intuitive de chercher je n’ai pas trouvé de solution.
Le serveur plante de temps en temps ce qui pénalise encore plus la fonction première de cette app.
Un support hot line serait utile mais contacter Zodiac reste un véritable challenge.
Quel dommage car l’idée est tout à fait excellente mais il reste à affiner le développement pour être parfaite.
Pour l’instant c’est une roue de secours sur laquelle il ne faut pas tout miser.
